The accommodation was nice and standard located right by the tram route into town with lots of food outlets, the outskirts of Zagreb and the center of town, that's what I was expecting. During the stay everything was good and I got concierge service as a compliment. My bed was exceptionally comfortable and had hypo-allergenic pillows.

The luxury apartments were located in a great area, just a short tram ride away from the main square. The location was quiet with low traffic, making it a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. The apartments were modern and well-appointed, with fully equipped kitchens and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Some guests mentioned that the master bedroom lacked a door, which could be a privacy concern for those traveling with others.

Standard apartment, has all the amenities. Good restaurants nearby. The people working there are responsive and wonderful, have a big heart. Bright room, provided with very comfortable bed. Building is nice, everything is spotlessly clean.
I loved the apartment although some things didn't work.

The elevator was out of function during our stay, which meant we had to carry our luggage up four flights of stairs.

The owner, Ksenija, was incredibly kind and helpful, providing fresh fruit and drinks upon arrival. I will definitely be returning on my next trip.
There were few issues, but the bathroom could have used more towels.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment hotel. It was one of the best we've experienced during our 8-week travel, and surprisingly affordable. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished, giving the impression of being brand new. The comfortable bed was big and beautiful. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They even provided a coffee machine with complimentary pods. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find a generous fruit platter and water in the fridge. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to the city center within a 5-minute tram ride. We didn't have to worry about parking as we could leave our car at the hotel.
No complaints.
